As a Cultural Representative through the Disney International Programs, young adults from Italy have the incredible opportunity to make dreams become a reality! They have the chance to experience Disney magic by interacting with Guests, learning important business philosophies and making friends with people from all over the world.
Select candidates will represent Italy as Cultural Representatives in the Italy Pavilion inside Epcot* at the Walt Disney World Resort.
Cultural Representatives in this pavilion share their culture and heritage while providing excellent Guest service in various roles such as Merchandise. Every Guest looks for that perfect gift or souvenir to remember their time at the Walt Disney World Resort - from country-specific cookbooks to Princess treasure, there’s something to put a smile on everyone’s face. As a Merchandise Cast Member, Cultural Representatives may have the opportunity to work at a number of locations, both indoors and outdoors, within the Italy pavilion. Responsibilities of this job include operating a point-of-sale system (POS register), cash handling, stocking, inventory and light cleaning. Cultural Representatives in Merchandise also have the opportunity to help Guests daily by answering questions, providing information and assisting with special requests.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn skills that will be valuable to them in their future endeavors, no matter the industry.
While on the program, participants live in a multi-cultural community where they have the opportunity to network, experience local area attractions in Central Florida, and make lifelong friends!
