Organizes and conducts physical therapy programs prescribed by the Early Intervention System to restore or maximize patient functioning following prematurity, illness, birth trauma, congenital disorders and/or injury. Performs physical therapy evaluations, designs and carries out treatment programs, provides patient and family education, and on an ongoing basis, documents patient status. Has a working knowledge of normal and abnormal development, treatment protocols, and adaptive equipment use. Works with neonate & pediatric groups.
